Company Description Echoing Healthy Ageing (EHA) is a social enterprise dedicated to enriching the lives of elderly individuals through meaningful, activity-based therapeutic interventions. We work closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to deliver compassionate, person-centered geriatric care across Mumbai and Pune.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role with daily home visits to elderly clients within the city. The Psychologist will plan and conduct activity-based therapy sessions, support mental health and cognitive wellbeing, and collaborate with families and caregivers. Part-time positions (3 days/week) are also available. Training and observership are provided as part of onboarding.Work ScheduleFull-time: Monday to Friday, 10 am – 6 pmPart-time: Mon–Wed–Fri or Tue–Thu–Sat, 10 am – 6 pmCompensation ₹21,000 – ₹35,000 per month post-observership, depending on experience.
