The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications, along with hands‑on experience in REST/SOAP integrations, scripting, and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations • Implement and manage REST and SOAP integrations with external systems (e.g., CMDB, HR, AD, monitoring tools) • Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, client/server scripts, UI policies, and business rules • Develop integration solutions using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, web services, and custom APIs • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (security, infrastructure, operations) to gather requirements and deliver solutions • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, system design, and security compliance • Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and release management • Document solutions, including SOPs and technical design documents • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers Required Skills & Qualifications: • 7–10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third‑party tools and systems • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting • Hands‑on experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, or HRSD • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform architecture • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Experience with CMDB integrations (e.g., SCCM, SolarWinds, Qualys, or similar tools) • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD for ServiceNow • Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Scoped Applications • Knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement‑gathering skills • Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment Address: Mizuho Global Services India Private Limited, 16th Floor, Tower B, Brigade World Trade Centre, No.142, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Chennai - 600096, Tamil Nadu, India.
