We are building innovative, structured gold products that bring transparency, liquidity, and accessibility to gold ownership through blockchain technology.Role OverviewThis role will be responsible for building and leading the global finance function, driving multi-jurisdictional accounting, group consolidation, regulatory reporting, token accounting frameworks, and establishing institutional-grade financial governance.Key Responsibilities1. Group Accounting & ConsolidationLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close across all group entitiesPrepare and present consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS (or applicable standards)Implement and manage ERP/accounting systems for multi-entity operationsEnsure strong financial controls and reporting accuracy across jurisdictions2. Multi-Jurisdiction Compliance & Audit OversightOversee statutory filings and regulatory reporting across Singapore, UAE, Cayman, Panama, and IndiaEnsure compliance with international accounting and reporting standardsAct as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory consultantsManage end-to-end audit processes and ensure timely closures3. Token & Digital Asset AccountingEstablish and manage accounting frameworks for token issuance, minting/burning, and redemption cyclesEnsure accurate recording and reporting of digital asset transactions in line with evolving regulatory normsWork closely with product and blockchain teams to align financial reporting with token mechanics4. Operations & Treasury SupportPartner with the operations team to support trade settlements and reconciliation processesAssist in managing banking rails, payment flows, and liquidity movements across jurisdictionsCandidate ProfileQualified Chartered Accountant (CA)2–4 years of experience with strong exposure to IFRS (Mandatory)Experience in multi-entity or global finance environments preferredFamiliarity with ERP systems or cloud-based accounting platformsExposure to digital assets, fintech, or blockchain environments is an added advantageStrong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsWhat We’re Looking ForAbility to build systems and processes from the ground upHigh ownership and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong understanding of global finance, compliance, and governance frameworks
