We partner with some of the most exciting and established brands to deliver impactful digital experiences and creative solutions.Role Overview:We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer with 6–7 years of full-time experience to lead design projects across mobile and website platforms, manage teams, and work closely with clients to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for websites, mobile apps, campaign microsites, and digital productsManage multiple client accounts and design projects simultaneouslyGuide the team across research, wireframing, user journeys, prototyping, and final UI designReview design quality and ensure consistency across deliverablesMentor and manage junior and senior designersWork closely with clients, internal stakeholders, strategy, tech, and servicing teamsPresent concepts, rationales, and final designs confidently in client-facing discussionsDrive process improvements, design thinking, and best practices within the teamSkills & Requirements:6–7 years of full-time UI/UX design experienceExperience with a reputed design studio / creative digital agencyStrong portfolio showcasing website and mobile design projectsExcellent command of Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of tools such as FigJam, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InVision, Miro, Maze, Webflow/Framer, Principle, Zeplin is a plusStrong understanding of responsive design, design systems, usability, interaction design, and prototypingProven experience in team handling and client managementExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable in client-facing roles and fast-paced agency environmentsTo Apply:Send your resume + portfolio to
