Role Title: MSP Program CoordinatorLocation: Noida or Hyderabad (Onsite Role) Job Summary:The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting temporary/contingent workforce programs for our clients. The Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our Employer-of-Record (EOR) provider, hiring managers and staffing suppliers to support and manage the full lifecycle for the requisition process including requisition intake, shortlisting, supplier sourcing management, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense, offboarding and reporting. The role offers an excellent opportunity for someone to learn strong leadership skills and grow in their careersResponsibilities:Managing hiring manager relationships to ensure all contingent labor needs are fulfilled.Coordinate with the Employer-of-Record provider to facilitate the onboarding of client-identified workers. Activities will include, but are not limited to:Ensure accurate and complete information has been provided in the VMS. Facilitate transfer of information to EOR provider to ensure worker details are captured accurately and completely, with the goal of providing a timely and smooth onboarding process for workers. Serve as an escalation point for EOR provider related to matters pertaining to rate of pay, assignment details and duration, background check requirements and adjudication, etc. Provide timely communication to client Hiring Managers related to working onboarding status and availability to start. Review status of, and take action on, compliance items in VMS to facilitate worker onboarding. Maintain the VMS (vendor management system) with strong attention to details of staffing, hiring and on boarding process of the contingent workforce. This will include updating the system with rate changes, processing contract extensions, processing releases/terminations and updating other data as necessary.Document all client/supplier reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfactionAccurate and on-time completion of reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Assist with worker assignment management (cost center changes, extension of contract assignments etc.) to maintain data integrityLiaison with managers, vendors and security department to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and collected prior to starting assignments and at end of assignments Ensure all work orders are closed in the system with accurate finish reasons when notified of an end of assignment and appropriate departments are notified (i.e., security). Work hand in hand with the program management team to ensure metrics, SLAs, and targets are being met.Serve as a professional representative of Workspend to the client – solving problems and diligently following up to ensure best in class service to the client.Participate in client meetings to review strategic initiatives and assist with PMO roadmap/initiativesMandatory skills:Minimum 2-3 years’ experience supporting clients for their temporary workforce hiring and management either for an Employer-of-Record (EOR) provider, temp/contingent staffing MSP or a temp staffing master vendor program.Experience in high volume coordination activities (interviewing, on-boarding, etc.).Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and PC skills.Able to work independently with minimal direction required for core daily responsibilities.Medium level of direction needed for advanced responsibilities.
