SRE Operations Avaloq Support:Job descriptionRole & responsibilities• Provide production support and troubleshooting for the Avaloq Banking Suite platform, ensuring seamless operations and resolving issues in a timely manner • Assist in the development and implementation of automation scripts and tools to enhance the efficiency of Avaloq-related processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize system configurations, and implement best practices • Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of Avaloq system upgrades and enhancements • Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base for Avaloq-related processes and procedures • Provide training and knowledge sharing to team members and stakeholders on Avaloq-related topics • Willingness to in rotational shifts/On-Call rosters as part of 24x7 teams supporting critical applicationsPreferred candidate profile• 3- 6 Yrs in Avaloq production support, with a strong understanding of various Avaloq forms, tasks workflow support, and debugging • Proficient in Avaloq configuration, customization, and troubleshooting • Proficient with PL/SQL query language. • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing automation scripts and tools to enhance Avaloq-related processes • Analyse application performance, perform tuning and ensure high availability & stability of platform. • Knowledge of Batch Processing systems and tools • Knowledge of Unix/Linux system and containerization and container orchestration platforms and platforms (viz., Docker, Cloud Foundry, OpenShift, Kubernetes) etc. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Familiarity with Wealth Management technology and industry best practices
