You'll manage a portfolio of education projects across the region — working directly with schools, NGOs, government partners, and corporates — ensuring every program is delivered well, on time, and to the standard Cyberlite is known for.You'll find and build relationships with the implementation partners we need on the ground across Asia-Pacific. You'll organise trainings, workshops, and events. You'll manage timelines, own deliverables, and make confident decisions when things don't go to plan.This is a role for someone who wants to become a genuine domain expert — not just a project coordinator, but a person with deep knowledge of cyber safety, digital wellbeing, and the fast-changing world of AI as it touches children's lives. We'll invest in your growth.WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DOManage a portfolio of client programsOwn multiple projects simultaneously across different clients — schools, NGOs, government agencies, and corporates — from kickoff through to delivery and reporting.Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, flagging risks early and solving problems fast.Build strong client relationships built on clear communication, consistency, and trust.Prepare project documentation, status updates, and impact reports for clients and partners.Find and manage implementation partnersIdentify, evaluate, and onboard implementation partners across Asia-Pacific — the trainers, facilitators, local organisations, and networks that bring Cyberlite programs to life on the ground.Manage partner relationships and performance, ensuring quality and alignment with Cyberlite's standards.Build and maintain a network of trusted partners across key markets including India Phillipines and Indonesia.Organise trainings and eventsPlan and coordinate educator training, student workshops, parent webinars, and partner events across the region.Work with content and design teams to prepare materials, logistics, and post-event follow-through.Manage vendors, venues, and local logistics — including across time zones.Own decisions and drive outcomesBe the person who moves things forward without waiting to be told — proactively resolving blockers, making judgment calls, and keeping stakeholders informed.Represent Cyberlite professionally with clients and partners, building credibility through competence and care.YOU'RE OUR PERSON IF YOU...Have strong project management instinctsYou've managed multiple projects at once for different clients or stakeholders — and you know how to keep everything on track without micromanaging every detail.You're proactive, structured, and follow through. When you say something will be done, it gets done.Know the Asia-Pacific regionYou're comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and regulatory environments in Asia-Pacific.Knowledge of the education or NGO landscape in India, Phillipines and/or Indonesia is a genuine advantage — you understand how partnerships work on the ground, not just in theory.Are hungry to become a domain expertYou have a genuine passion for children's digital safety and wellbeing — or you're ready to develop one fast.You follow the AI space with curiosity and some concern — you want to understand how young people are adapting to AI tools, where the risks are, and what education needs to catch up on.You're a continuous learner who listens/reads, asks questions, and doesn't stay comfortable with what you already know.Can hold your own in a small, fast-moving teamYou thrive with autonomy. You don't need step-by-step instructions to get started.You're calm when things are chaotic and decisive when information is incomplete.You genuinely enjoy working with people — building relationships with partners, clients, and colleagues comes naturally.Background and experience3+ years in program management, partnerships, or project delivery — ideally in education, EdTech, international development, or a mission-driven organisation.Experience managing external partners or vendors across multiple markets.Comfortable using project management tools (Notion, Asana, or similar) and confident communicating in English.
