The role requires strong hands-on exposure to NBFC accounting, RBI prudential norms, and MIS reporting.Key Responsibilities:Functional Area : Accounting & BookkeepingDay-to-Day Responsibilities (Execution):Ensure daily accounting entries and ledger postings are recorded accuratelyMonitor loan disbursement, repayment, and cancellation entriesPerform bank reconciliationsProcess vendor payments and salary disbursementReview / Supervisory Responsibilities :Review books of accounts weekly and ensure compliance with accounting standardsReview reconciliation statements and approve adjustmentsReview and sign off on monthly bank reconciliation statementsApprove payment runs and validate supporting documentationFunctional Area : Financial Reporting & ControlsDay-to-Day Responsibilities (Execution):Prepare daily cash flow statementsAssist in preparation of P&L and Balance SheetMaintain schedules for assets, liabilities, and provisioningReview / Supervisory Responsibilities :Review weekly fund flow and liquidity projectionsReview and finalize monthly / quarterly financial statementsApprove provisioning workings and financial disclosuresFunctional Area : RBI & Regulatory ComplianceDay-to-Day Responsibilities (Execution):Prepare DNBS returns, DPT-3, ROC (MGT-7, AOC-4) filingsEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Advance TaxImplement Income Recognition & Asset Classification (IRAC) normsReview / Supervisory Responsibilities :Review and sign off on all regulatory submissionsReview tax computations and statutory payments before filingReview asset classification, provisioning, and write-offsFunctional Area : Risk Management & Portfolio MonitoringDay-to-Day Responsibilities (Execution):Track monthly disbursements, ticket size, and loan count trendsMonitor early delinquency (0–30 DPD) and overdue bucketsSupport credit performance analysisReview / Supervisory Responsibilities:Review portfolio quality metrics and risk indicatorsReview NPA trends and recommend risk mitigation measuresReview portfolio stress and recommend corrective strategyFunctional Area: Audit & GovernanceDay-to-Day Responsibilities (Execution):Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentsRespond to audit queriesMaintain compliance documentationReview / Supervisory Responsibilities:Lead statutory, internal, and concurrent auditsReview audit observations and ensure timely closureEnsure governance framework adherenceFunctional Area: Banking & Fund ManagementDay-to-Day Responsibilities (Execution):Coordinate with banks for account operationsManage API banking coordination and documentationExecute deployment of surplus funds in liquid instrumentsReview / Supervisory Responsibilities:Decide on opening/closing of bank accountsReview and approve funding structures and banking limitsApprove investment and redemption planningFunctional Area: MIS & Strategic AnalysisDay-to-Day Responsibilities (Execution):Prepare weekly/monthly MIS dashboardsConduct Target vs Actual analysisPrepare investor data packsReview / Supervisory Responsibilities:Review MIS accuracy and present to managementReview profitability by product/partner/regionReview and present financial pitch decks to investorsFunctional Area : Business Continuity & Strategic SupportDay-to-Day Responsibilities (Execution):Support financial modelling and budgetingAssist in fundraising documentationReview / Supervisory Responsibilities :Approve budgets and financial forecastsReview financial due diligence requirementsInterested candidates can apply along with their resume on the below mentioned email ID or whatsapp numberEmail ID: Contact: 9300955707
