We drive entrepreneurship through incubation, acceleration, and market access, supporting 3000+ start-ups through a network of mentors, corporates, and investors.Sr. Director - Chief of Staff to the CEO The Chief of Staff serves as a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring key priorities are translated into action and outcomes for T-Hub's primary customer - startup founders. What will you do?Execution & Leverage Act as the CEO's key thought partner in operationalizing T-Hub's vision of helping build startup heroes from Telangana and India for the World while delivering on T-Hub’s goal of institutionalizing its scale, relevance and sustenance for the next decade. Day to day execution will include tracking OKRs across workstreams, preparing decision briefs, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across programs, policy, and partnerships. Own the CEO's strategic agenda and ensure bandwidth is focused on highest-impact priorities.Special Projects & Pilots Lead high-priority, time-sensitive projects that cut across functions, as the primary owner. Pilot multiple zero to one initiatives in parallel, build conviction, show early results, then build one to ten foundations of those that work and then ensure a smooth hand over to the relevant functional leader at T-Hub. Internal OperationsDrive cadence across leadership, facilitating reviews, tracking action plans, and creating accountability structures. Collaborate with vertical heads to remove bottlenecks and maintain execution momentum with a clear focus on enabling execution across the organization. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management Manage relationships with key stakeholders directly and back T-Hub’s functional leaders indirectly to unlock the ecosystem for startup founders. Navigate a wide set of partners with focus, judgement and result orientation - including incubator partners, venture funds, corporates, non-profits, and the Government at the State and National level. Represent the CEO in select forums and ensure follow-through on commitments made.Communications & Reporting Oversee CEO-level communications including board decks, MoU briefs, government reports, and external communication. Continuously develop T-Hub's positioning and narrative and ensure the optimal visibility across the most relevant storytelling channels.Who are we looking for?Ideal CandidateThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fluidly between planning and execution, and has a genuine passion for the startup and innovation space. We are looking for a sharp, high-agency professional with 7–10 years of experience who has operated at the intersection of planning and execution. The ideal candidate brings a mix of structured thinking and ground-level hustle, someone who has seen how great organizations are built and is eager to be behind the engine of one.Background & ExperienceThe strongest candidates will come from one or more of the following tracks: management or strategy consulting, where they developed rigorous problem-solving and stakeholder management skills while working on operational projects; early-to-mid stage startups, where they wore multiple hats and delivered outcomes with limited resources; investor relations or venture/PE environments, where they developed fluency in business fundamentals, capital narratives, and ecosystem dynamics; or prior Chief of Staff / Shadow / Management Assistant roles, where they directly supported a senior leader and managed organizational complexity.QualificationsAn MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred, though exceptional candidates from “non-linear” backgrounds will be considered.LogisticsThis role is based in Hyderabad, does not include structured remote work and will require occasional domestic and international travel. CompensationT-Hub is a non-profit and seeks mission-driven leaders who understand the need for being flexible with compensation; that said, this role will be paid commensurate with experience and is benchmarked competitively against equivalent roles in the social impact and public organisation ecosystem.
