Established in 2014, Path Law Group is a boutique immigration firm focused on employment-based immigration law. Our firm is growing rapidly and we have an immediate opening for an Immigration Paralegal. This position will manage a full caseload, including NIWs, O-1s, EB-1s, E-2s, H-1Bs, PERMs, and green cards.Key Responsibilities:Manage the case lifecycle, including initial strategy intake, document review, and legal case preparation for a high volume caseload.Communicate directly with clients to collect documents, answer immigration-related legal questions, and ensure case completeness. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely attention.Draft and review legal documentation, including support letters and cover letters.Track deadlines and proactively move cases forward with support from the case production team.Collaborate with attorneys to determine and execute legal strategy.Escalate complex legal questions or strategy issues to attorneys.Required Skills & Qualifications:Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training.Minimum of two (2) years experience as a paralegal, working with E-2s, O-1s, NIWs, EB-1As, and green cards.Strong communication skills for handling client interactions and managing expectations.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a large caseload effectively.Comfortable working in a team and taking initiative to resolve issues.Has autonomy to manage timelines, request documentation, and respond to basic legal questions from clients.Prioritize important tasks with minimal oversight.Path Law Group is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, national origin, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, veteran status, marital status or any other characteristics protected by law.This is a fully-remote remote position. The salary is $18,000 - $26,000 per year depending on experience.
