Role Description ICLC is seeking a full-time Litigation Associate for its Noida office. The individual will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing motions, managing court appearances, and assisting with depositions. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, providing litigation support, and offering expertise in corporate and commercial legal cases to serve the needs of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the legal framework and the ability to work on diverse corporate legal matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, including corporate and commercial legal principlesExperience in preparing and handling MotionsProficiency in conducting comprehensive legal ResearchFamiliarity with Depositions and related legal processesExperience in managing and navigating matters within CourtsStrong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsA law degree from a recognized institution and enrollment with the Bar Council of IndiaPrior legal experience in the corporate or commercial sectors will be an advantageCommitment to ethical legal practice and corporate governance best practices
