Your role will be to ensure client satisfaction, resolve queries, and help maintain lasting relationships. This is an excellent opportunity in client relations and account management.Why Join Us?:● Be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and growing team● Mentorship and career growth opportunities● Salary as per industry standardsKey Roles & Responsibilities:● Client Relationships: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring clear communication and building long-term relationships.● Project Coordination: Coordination with creative team for all creatives jobs including social media campaigns, emailers, landing pages, brochures, Below the line advertising (BTL), PPTs...● Client Coordination: Regularly coordinating with client for information and photo shoots.● Feedback Management: Collect and act on client feedback to improve service quality.● Issue Resolution: Spot issues early, offering solutions or escalating when needed.● Strategic Input: Help prepare proposals and presentations, offering insights for strategic recommendations.● Research: Stay informed on industry trends to enhance client strategies and giving ideas to enhance the creative output.Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)● Strong interpersonal and organizational skills● Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively● Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment● 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Advertising/Social Media Agencies preferred● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)If you’re excited to launch your career as a Client Servicing Manager and meet the requirements, apply with your updated CV.IndustryAdvertising Services
