The role plays a key part in delivering fast, high-impact solutions and supporting FutureTEC’s Microsoft ecosystem growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution DevelopmentDesign and develop applications using Power AppsBuild automated workflows using Power AutomateDevelop dashboards and reports using Power BIBusiness Process AutomationAnalyze business requirements and translate them into solutionsAutomate workflows and improve operational efficiencyImplement low-code solutions aligned with business needsClient EngagementWork closely with clients to understand requirementsConduct workshops and solution demonstrationsProvide guidance on best practices and solution designIntegration & DeliveryIntegrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and servicesEnsure scalability, security, and performance of solutionsSupport delivery and user adoptionRequired Certifications (Mandatory)At least one of the following:PL-300 – Power BI Data Analyst AssociatePL-400 – Power Platform Developer AssociatePreferred Certifications (Strong Advantage)PL-200 – Power Platform Functional ConsultantAdditional Microsoft certifications (Azure or Dynamics)Required Experience & Qualifications3–6 years of experience with Power PlatformStrong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BIExperience in business process automationUnderstanding of data and reporting conceptsExperience working with clients and gathering requirementsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldPreferred ExperienceIntegration with APIs and external systemsExperience with Dynamics 365Knowledge of Microsoft Azure servicesExposure to governance and security best practicesWhy Join FutureTECWork on fast-paced, high-impact business solutionsBe part of a growing Microsoft ecosystem practiceEngage directly with business stakeholdersOpportunity to grow into senior or specialized roles
