The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in production planning, detailed scheduling, manufacturing integration, and SAP functional configuration, with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to drive successful SAP initiatives. In this role, you will lead SAP PTM and PP/DS initiatives related to production planning, detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing integration. You will partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT teams to configure SAP solutions, support testing, maintain data integrity, and train end users. This is a key role in improving planning and execution processes while ensuring smooth SAP deployment and adoption.Key Responsibilities:Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP PTM and PP/DSSupport production planning, detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and master data processesTranslate business requirements into SAP functional solutions and configurationSupport end-to-end testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UATAssist with data migration, master data governance, and process documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and user adoptionSupport continuous improvement across planning and manufacturing processesHelp integrate SAP solutions with manufacturing systems and business workflowsRequired Qualifications:5–7 years of Business Analyst experience4–7 years of SAP experience, preferably in PP/DS or PTMStrong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing integrationHands-on experience with SAP configuration, testing, and master data governanceExcellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical SAP solutionsPreferred Skills:Experience in SAP manufacturing and supply chain environmentsStrong understanding of process improvement and deployment supportAbility to work independently in a freelance / consulting capacity
