Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and implement effective HR strategies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll and benefits, facilitating training programs, and addressing employee inquiries. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with leadership to align HR activities with organizational goals and support a dynamic, high-performing team. Qualifications Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce planningStrong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolutionExperience in developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor lawsSkills in payroll administration, benefits management, and HR systemsExceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead training programs and professional development initiativesPrevious experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role is preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are an advantageAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
