Company Profile:Our Client company is manufacturer of Footwear and selling through distributors & own Retail Stores in entire Africa.Position: Retail Operations HeadJob Location : Nairobi (Kenya)Reports to : DirectorsJob Profile:Oversee end-to-end operations of 50 retail stores in Kenya and 3 stores in UgandaEnsure achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets across all storesDrive consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and retail standardsLead, mentor, and monitor Store Managers and regional teamsEnsure high levels of customer service and brand experienceMonitor inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention controlsCoordinate with supply chain, finance, HR, and merchandising teamsAnalyze store performance, KPIs, and prepare operational reportsImplement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costsSupport new store openings, expansion, and operational rolloutsDesired Profile :MBA (Mktg) with 12-15 yrs. experience in handling Sales & Retail Store Operations for any Footwear Manufacturing CompaniesShould have experience in handling multiple Stores (50+ Retail Outlets)Should have experience in Business / Retail ExpansionShould possess Leadership SkillsContact Person:Zaid Qureshi+919898874338
