About ContineuWe’re building a 360° site documentation platform for Indian construction. Helmet-mounted camera, 15-minute floor walk, time-stamped visual record pinned to the floor plan. We work with Tier 2 residential developers across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, and Kolkata — replacing WhatsApp photo chaos with structured, searchable documentation.The RoleYou’ll go to active construction sites, deploy Contineu, train site teams, and make sure the product sticks. This is a field role — expect to be on sites 3–4 days a week, sometimes across cities.What you’ll do: ∙ Visit client sites, assess project layout, set up hardware and configure floor plans ∙ Train site engineers on the scanning workflow until they can run it independently ∙ Monitor scan quality across your portfolio, troubleshoot issues, ensure adoption doesn’t drop off ∙ Build trust with site engineers, project managers, and developer promoters ∙ Support channel partners during sales demos and pilot deployments ∙ Document deployment playbooks and help build repeatable processes as we scaleWho You Are: ∙ 2–5 years on construction sites — as a site engineer, project engineer, QA/QC engineer, or in a PMC role ∙ B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) ∙ You understand how Indian construction sites actually operate day-to-day ∙ Comfortable with 50–60% travel across Indian cities ∙ Can explain technology to non-technical site teams patiently and clearly ∙ Fluent in English and Hindi; regional languages (Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) are a strong plus ∙ Self-driven — you’ll work independently at client sites without daily supervisionBonus: Experience with QA/QC processes, DWG floor plans, or construction tech tools (BIM 360, Procore, PlanGrid).Not for you if you want a desk job or haven’t spent real time on active construction sites.Why Join ∙ Direct exposure to the founding team — your input shapes the product ∙ A role that grows as we scale from 4 cities to 8+ ∙ Travel expenses fully covered ∙ You’ll solve a real, visible problem on construction sites every day
