Supreme Components International is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Sales Operations & Sourcing Executive to support our growing business in India.This role plays a critical part in supporting the sales team by handling sourcing activities, order fulfillment coordination, shipment documentation, and operational workflows that ensure fast and accurate execution of customer orders.You will work closely with Regional Sales Managers, global suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure RFQs are sourced efficiently and customer orders are processed and delivered smoothly.This is a hands-on operational role suited for someone who enjoys working with data, suppliers, logistics processes, and fast-paced execution.Key ResponsibilitiesRFQ Sourcing SupportSupport the sales team by sourcing electronic components from authorized distributors, manufacturers, and approved supplier networksUse internal sourcing tools such as Chip Finder to identify potential suppliers and competitive pricingSend supplier enquiries and follow up to obtain pricing, lead times, and availabilityCompare multiple supplier quotations and prepare sourcing options for the sales teamMaintain clear records of supplier quotations and sourcing communicationsOrder Processing & Fulfillment CoodinationCreate and process accurate Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in the ERP systemCoordinate with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgements and delivery schedulesMonitor supplier commitments and proactively follow up to avoid shipment delaysSupport the sales team in ensuring customer orders are processed quickly and accuratelyTrack urgent orders and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatchShipment & Logistics DocumentationPrepare shipment documentation for domestic and international ordersHandle documentation for INR shipments and customer billing requirementsCoordinate import shipment paperwork for inbound material including samples and billing shipmentsWork with customs agents and logistics partners to support customs clearance for inbound shipmentsTrack shipments and provide delivery updates to the internal teamOperational & Compliance SupportAssist in preparing documentation required for GST filings and statutory complianceCoordinate with auditors and finance teams when supporting documentation is requiredSupport payment follow-ups with customers when required and assist in resolving payment-related queriesMaintain organized records of operational and financial documentationAssist with banking documentation and administrative processes when requiredSales Team SupportAssist the sales team in managing high volumes of enquiries and RFQsPrepare Excel reports or order-loading sheets to support internal workflowsSupport internal team members with operational coordination and issue resolutionEnsure accurate data entry, part number formatting, and packaging information in internal systemsAct as an operational point of contact to help resolve day-to-day order execution challengesQualifications2–4 years of experience in electronics distribution, procurement, sales operations, or supply chain coordinationFamiliarity with electronic components, part numbers, and packaging terminology is a strong advantageExperience using ERP systems such as SAP, Netsuite, Odoo, or similarStrong Excel skills including filtering, lookup formulas, and data organizationExcellent written English and email communication skills for supplier coordinationHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesPreferred ProfileExperience working with electronic component distributors or EMS/OEM supply chainsStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to follow through on operational tasksComfortable communicating with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teamsHighly dependable with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityWhy Join Supreme Components InternationalSupreme Components International is a global distributor of electronic components with offices across multiple countries.
