Job Title: Vice President – Training & Quality Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai (Onsite) About Client Our client is a technology-led US healthcare services provider specializing in AI-driven Patient Access and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions for hospitals, physician groups, and diagnostic providers. The VP – Training & Quality will be a key leadership role enabling consistent delivery excellence across global delivery centers.Role Overview The **VP – Training & Quality** will own the end-to-end learning, quality, and performance excellence charter for Infinx’s US healthcare operations (RCM, Prior Authorization, Coding, Billing, AR & Denials). This role will design and execute training strategy, quality frameworks, and continuous improvement programs that directly impact client outcomes, productivity, and compliance.Key Responsibilities Training & Capability Development- Build and lead the overall Training COE for US healthcare processes (Patient Access, PA, Coding, Billing, AR, Denials, Contact Center). - Design induction, process, cross-skill, and leadership training programs for front-line to mid-management. - Develop standardized curricula, learning paths, assessments, and certification frameworks aligned to client SLAs and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, payer guidelines). - Partner with Operations, Product, and Client Leadership to identify skill gaps and drive targeted upskilling / reskilling initiatives. - Introduce digital learning, LMS, and blended learning models to drive scalability and consistency.Quality & Compliance Leadership - Own the enterprise Quality framework, including audit design, sampling methodology, scorecards, and RCA / CAPA governance. - Define and track quality KPIs (accuracy, compliance, first-pass resolution, call quality, documentation standards) across lines of business. - Ensure strong control environment for HIPAA, PHI handling, and payer-specific compliance in partnership with InfoSec and Compliance teams. - Lead regular quality reviews with clients and internal stakeholders; translate insights into actionable improvement roadmaps.Performance Improvement & Analytics - Use data and analytics to identify trends in errors, denials, rework, and training effectiveness; drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Partner with Transformation/Operational Excellence teams to embed best practices, SOPs, and automation opportunities into workflows. - Drive alignment between training, quality, and operational performance (productivity, TAT, denials, collections, CSAT/NPS).Stakeholder Management & Leadership- Act as strategic advisor to CXO/Business Heads on readiness, quality, and capability for new client ramp-ups and expansions. - Build, mentor, and scale high-performing Training and Quality teams across multiple locations (India, Philippines, etc.). - Represent Training & Quality in client presentations, QBRs, and due diligence discussions.Required Experience & Qualifications - 15+ years of experience in **US Healthcare BPO / KPO / RCM**, with at least 5+ years in a **head of Training/Quality/Excellence** capacity. - Deep domain expertise across key RCM functions (Prior Authorization, Eligibility & Benefits, Coding, Billing, AR & Denials, Contact Center). - Proven track record of setting up or scaling Training and Quality functions supporting large US provider clients. - Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations, payer requirements, compliance standards, and quality frameworks. - Experience working with global delivery models and large-scale operations (1,000+ FTE preferred). - Demonstrated success in data-driven decision making, performance analytics, and continuous improvement. - Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable interfacing with US client leadership.Preferred - Experience in organizations leveraging **AI / automation / digital tools** in RCM or healthcare operations. - Certifications in Six Sigma / Lean / COPC / instructional design will be an added advantage.
