Role DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer with experience in interior fit-out projects to join our growing team. The role requires strong technical knowledge of interior materials, execution practices, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects, and will be responsible for end-to-end supervision, coordination, quality assurance, and progress monitoring of interior fit-out works. QualificationDiploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out projectsStrong knowledge of finishing works and materialsAbility to read and interpret drawingsGood coordination and communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute interior works.Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specificationsCoordinate with designers, MEP team, and subcontractorsMonitor daily site progress and maintain work schedules and quality checklistConduct quality checks and snagging inspectionsVerify material quality and specifications at siteTake site measurements and support billing (RA bills)Ensure safety practices and proper site housekeeping
