We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Lead with 10–15 years of overall experience in ETL processes and Snowflake Data Warehouse, including at least 5+ years in a lead role. The candidate will oversee production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth data operations while guiding and mentoring the support team.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the ETL support team to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Informatica ETL workflows and Snowflake queries.Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and availability.Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.Ensure SLA compliance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Automate monitoring and alerting for ETL jobs and Snowflake performance.Document support procedures, knowledge base articles, and best practices.Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Skills and ExpertisePrimary Skill: Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica Cloud (mandatory).Advanced knowledge of Snowflake Data Warehouse, including query optimization, performance tuning, and data modeling.Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch) for proactive alerting.Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to implement permanent fixes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven leadership and mentoring abilities in managing support teams.
