Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.This is a hands-on execution role requiring strong site presence, vendor coordination, and disciplined project tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution- Support end-to-end execution of projects from design coordination to site handover.- Assist in preparing project schedules and activity tracking plans.- Monitor site progress against timelines and report deviations to senior project leadership.- Track daily, weekly, and milestone progress across project activities.Construction Management- Take ownership of site-level construction management under guidance of the Lead Project Manager.- Coordinate site activities between contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain site progress documentation.Vendor & Contractor Coordination- Manage day-to-day coordination with external vendor partners, contractors, and subcontractors.- Track vendor deliverables, installation schedules, and material mobilization.- Facilitate clear communication between design, procurement, and site teams.- Escalate delays or risks to senior project leadership in a timely manner.Billing & Commercial Tracking- Review contractor invoices and support bill certification processes.- Verify work completion quantities against BOQs and site progress.- Maintain records for contractor bills, variations, and payment documentation.- Assist in tracking project budgets and cost deviations.Safety & Compliance- Ensure strict adherence to construction safety protocols and site safety practices.- Coordinate with HSE teams and contractors to implement safety guidelines.- Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with PPE requirements and safe work practices.Project Documentation & Reporting- Maintain project trackers, reports, drawings, and documentation.- Prepare weekly progress reports and issue logs.- Track RFIs, design clarifications, and site instructions.What We’re Looking For- 6+ years of experience in construction or fit-out project execution.- Exposure to workspace, retail, hospitality, or commercial kitchen projects preferred.- Strong site coordination and vendor management capability.- Basic understanding of BOQs, billing processes, and cost tracking.- Familiarity with construction drawings and project scheduling tools.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Ability to take ownership of site execution and resolve issues proactively.Key Success Traits- Execution-oriented and detail focused- Strong coordination skills with contractors and consultants- Disciplined in documentation and reporting- Safety-conscious and process driven- Comfortable working in fast-paced multi-site & multi stakeholder, hierarchial environmentsWhy SODEXOHealthy Work-Life BalanceLeadership DevelopmentGlobal Career OpportunitiesCross-Functional CollaborationInclusive CultureCompetitive CompensationComprehensive Health & Wellness BenefitsDisclaimer: If you do not hear from us within 14 days of your application, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.
