The role involves creating high quality prompts and documents to evaluate model responses on day-to-day work in government, policy, and social service domainsKey Responsibilities:Create realistic, first-person prompts based on actual job workflowsDesign tasks that reflect real-world public sector and policy scenariosSelect and use relevant public data/documents as input filesEnsure prompts are clear, specific, and aligned to the occupationReview tasks for accuracy, completeness, and real-world relevanceRequirements:Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Management, or related fieldStrong understanding of real-world workflows in your professionAbility to convert work scenarios into structured, high-quality promptsWho can Apply:We are open to many experts within the public sector (including but not limited to): Child, Family, and School Social Workers, First-Line Supervisors of Police and Detectives, Recreation Workers, Compliance Officers, Administrative Services Managers.Terms of Contract:Opportunity is for a project that is ~2 week duration with potential extensionAfter applying, you will receive an email with a login link.
