We are Hiring: Community & Membership Sales ManagerAre you a confident hospitality professional looking to drive community growth in a premium nightlife environment? We are seeking a proactive Community & Membership Sales Manager to operate out of our Church Street venue in Bangalore. In this role, you will be the face of our venue, engaging with high-value guests and converting them into exclusive members.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Actively interact with patrons inside the venue during peak evening and night hours.Sales Conversion: Pitch membership plans, explain benefits clearly, and successfully close membership sales.Targeting: Identify regular and high-net-worth guests to proactively offer membership upgrades.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with the existing member community to ensure retention.Event Support: Provide on-ground coordination during special membership events and promotional nights.Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records of leads generated and memberships sold.Candidate RequirementsExperience: Prior background in sales, hospitality, or nightlife promotions is highly preferred.Skills: Strong communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in Hindi or Kannada is a distinct advantage.Attributes: Highly presentable, approachable, and entirely comfortable working in a high-energy restobar/nightlife setting.Availability: Must be willing to work evening and night shifts.Compensation & Growth StructureBase Salary: ₹30,000 per month + structured performance incentives.Target Payouts:₹50,000 per month upon reaching the minimum baseline of 250 members.₹1,00,000 per month payout at 500 members.₹2,25,000 per month payout at 1,000 members.Location: Church Street, Bangalore.Perks: Clear trajectory for career advancement within the premium hospitality and nightlife sector.
