If you are driven by technology, ambition, and performance, join a team where performance defines your compensation, not the market, and ESOP rewards true contributor.Roles & Responsibilities:Analyse vibration data, fault signatures, and performance patterns from iPUMPNETConduct reliability studies, root cause analysis, and health assessmentsSupport predictive maintenance reports and alertsWork closely with AI/ML team for algorithm improvementPreferred candidate profile:Pump design, operation, and maintenance knowledgeExpertise in vibration analysis, MCSA, fault diagnosticsExposure to IIoT platforms and SCADA systemsCertifications in vibration analysis (ISO CAT I/II/III), reliability engineering, or condition monitoring (ASNT, Mobius, BINDT)Education:BE/B.Tech – Instrumentation and Control Engg./Mechatronics/Mechanical
