Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Professional based in Pune City. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the firm's investment strategies, and providing clients with expert advice on financial solutions. The Sales Professional will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications Proven ability in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and consultative selling.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and sustaining client partnerships.Experience in Financial Services, Investment Strategies, or related domains is highly desirable.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly for understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office applications for tracking sales activities and client interactions.Adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.Familiarity with AI-driven financial tools and behavioral finance concepts is advantageous.
