About the RoleMM Mithaiwala is looking for a strategic and execution-driven General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth across retail, B2B, and distribution channels. This role requires ownership of sales strategy, brand positioning, marketing initiatives, and expansion opportunities.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenueOwn targets across retail (B2C), B2B, and B2D channelsIdentify new business opportunities including corporate gifting, bulk orders, and partnershipsDrive seasonal campaigns (festivals, weddings, events)2. Marketing & Brand BuildingPlan and execute marketing campaigns (online + offline)Strengthen brand positioning of MM Mithaiwala in the premium mithai segmentOversee digital marketing (social media, performance ads, SEO, aggregators like Swiggy/Zomato)Manage in-store branding, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives3. Channel DevelopmentExpand distribution network (B2D – distributors, retailers)Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and institutional buyersExplore new sales channels (e-commerce, marketplaces, exports if applicable)4. Team LeadershipLead and manage sales and marketing teamsSet KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountabilityCoordinate with operations, production, and HR for smooth execution5. Customer Acquisition & RetentionDevelop strategies to increase footfall and repeat customersImplement loyalty programs, CRM systems, and customer engagement initiativesAnalyze customer data and feedback to improve offerings6. Pricing & Product StrategyWork with management to define pricing strategies and product mixIdentify high-margin products and optimize offeringsLaunch new products based on market trends and demand7.
