Position: SEO Manager – Luxury Fashion & ServicesRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategy for a luxury bespoke fashion and service-driven business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and outreach, with the ability to collaborate across tech, content, and marketing teams.Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute SEO strategy across website, subdomains, and service pages • Work closely with tech team to implement technical SEO (site speed, indexing, schema, crawlability) • Collaborate with content team for keyword strategy, content planning, and on-page optimization • Drive off-page SEO & outreach including backlinks, partnerships, and digital PR • Manage and optimize local SEO & service-based search visibility • Monitor performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush • Identify growth opportunities across domestic and international marketsRequirements • Minimum 5+ years of SEO experience • Strong hands-on expertise in: • Technical SEO • On-page optimization • Off-page SEO / outreach • Prior experience in fashion, e-commerce, or service-based platforms (e.g., UrbanClap/Urban Company-like models preferred) • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (tech + content + marketing) • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision makingPreferred Profile • Experience working with luxury brands or premium service businesses • Understanding of customer journey for high-value services • Ability to scale SEO from scratch to growth stage
