Operating from four locations in Bangalore(Whitefield,HSR), Hyderabad, and Vijayawada, the company ensures customer-centric solutions through transparent accountability and personalized design strategies.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based for HSR, Bangalore for a Senior Sales Executive. The role involves developing and managing client relationships, generating and sustaining sales opportunities, and collaborating with the design team to ensure customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive will oversee the sales lifecycle, including consultative selling, project presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. They will also represent Int360 at industry events and identify strategic opportunities for business growth.Roles & ResponsibilitiesGuide prospective homeowners through their interior design journey with Int360Handle inbound & outbound leads, schedule meetings, and drive client engagementUnderstand client requirements and coordinate with design & operations teams for smooth executionPresent Int360’s services, design solutions, and value proposition effectivelyPrepare and share project estimates/quotations within defined timelinesMaintain strong follow-ups to ensure high lead-to-conversion ratioBuild relationships with clients and ensure a seamless customer experienceWork towards achieving monthly sales targets and revenue goalsMaintain accurate data of leads, conversions, and project status in CRM/reportsSupport brand-building activities including client interactions, testimonials, and marketing initiatives (events, shoots, etc.)Requirements2–6 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Interiors preferred)Strong communication & negotiation skills (Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, English)Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / Google SheetsGood understanding of interior projects & materialsProven ability to achieve targets and close dealsStrong client relationship management skillsWork Timings6-day working week (including weekends) with 1 weekly off10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
