Our next frontier is defense and national security - and we're looking for a seasoned expert to help us get it right.If you've spent 15+ years inside defense, intelligence, or homeland security ecosystems - and you understand what actually keeps mission-critical teams up at night - we want to talk.What You'll DoMap pain points across defense procurement, intelligence analysis, field ops, and logistics that are underserved by current technology. Identify whitespace opportunities where AI, automation, and SaaS can create genuine impact. Advise on product positioning, compliance requirements (DRDO, MoD, iDEX frameworks), and go-to-market pathways. Build and leverage relationships with defense PSUs, system integrators, and procurement decision-makers. Translate domain knowledge into product requirements our engineering teams can execute on.What We're Looking For15+ years of hands-on experience in defense, intelligence agencies, or national security verticals. Deep exposure to operational workflows - not just policy, but what happens on the ground. Prior experience working with or within DRDO, Army/Navy/Air Force, paramilitary, or intelligence units (RAW, IB, NTRO, etc.) is a strong plus. Understanding of procurement cycles, dual-use technology regulations, and security clearance ecosystems. Ability to articulate pain points in structured, actionable language for a product and tech team. Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment.Bonus PointsPrior engagement with iDEX, ADITI, or defense startup accelerators. Experience with defense tech vendors or system integrators (BEL, HAL, L&T Defence, Tata Advanced Systems).
