Job Title: Senior Data Analyst – Team LeadExperience: 8+ YearsDepartment: Data Analytics / Clinical Data AnalyticsLocation: Domlur, BangaloreReporting To: DirectorRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst – Team Lead to oversee data analytics operations, lead a team of analysts, and ensure delivery of high-quality, data-driven insights. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and hands-on analytical capabilities, particularly in handling clinical/study data and stakeholder reporting.Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring high performance and accountabilityProvide guidance on analytical methodologies, project execution, and best practicesFoster a collaborative, innovative, and learning-driven team environmentConduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career developmentTrain and onboard new team members effectively2. Project & Stakeholder ManagementPlan, manage, and oversee end-to-end execution of data analytics projectsDefine project scope, timelines, and resource allocation aligned with business objectivesEnsure timely delivery of high-quality outputs, including reports and insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and complete data collectionAct as the primary point of contact for sponsors and stakeholdersPresent insights, reports, and recommendations to sponsors in a clear and structured mannerReview study outputs and reports before final submission3. Data Management & Quality ControlOversee data receipt from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistencyEstablish and maintain data validation, quality checks, and governance processesEnsure secure handling, storage, and sharing of sensitive dataSupervise data cleaning, preprocessing, and preparation activitiesAllocate datasets (e.g., eCRF data) to team members for analysis4. Data Analysis & Insights GenerationPerform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insightsApply statistical techniques and analytical methodologies where requiredEnsure integrity and reliability of data used in analysis and reportingLeverage data visualization tools to present actionable insightsContinuously evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices5.
