Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic AI Product Manager to lead the development and strategic implementation of AI-driven solutions within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) ecosystem. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to define and deliver AI products that solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency across Coding, Charge Entry, EDI, AR, Denials, Payments, and Operational Insights. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI/ML, Healthcare RCM processes, and a strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, data science, and business teams. Lab space expertise is a valuable addition to enhance the product’s focus on data-driven clinical and operational workflows.Job Roles & Responsibilities:AI Strategy & Product Vision:Define and execute the AI product roadmap for Healthcare RCM, incorporating solutions in predictive analytics, intelligent automation, NLP, LLM-driven features, and AI-powered data agents.Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and communicate a clear AI product vision that aligns with business objectives.Identify opportunities for AI and ML applications in Billing, Claims Management, and Revenue Cycle Operations to optimize financial and operational processes in Healthcare RCM.AI/ML Solution Design & IntegrationDesign and manage end-to-end AI/ML workflows from data ingestion to model training, inference, and integration into operational workflows.Lead the development of machine learning models, focusing on denial prediction, AR prioritization, coding assistance, and automation of RCM tasks.Define prompt engineering guidelines, model behaviors, evaluation metrics, and improvement loops in collaboration with data scientists and AI teams.Work with product engineering teams to integrate AI/ML models into existing back-end systems, APIs, and user interfaces (UI).Requirement Gathering & PrioritizationCollaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, data teams, and clients, to gather and prioritize AI use cases across all RCM functions.Conduct feasibility analysis of machine learning, NLP, and AI automation applications in healthcare operations, assessing the ROI and business impact of AI solutions.Maintain and manage a clear backlog of AI features with defined business and technical priorities.Collaboration & ExecutionLead cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, product, client success, and business) to ensure successful AI product development and implementation.Facilitate the integration of AI products into lab space environments, helping improve data collection, insights, and workflow optimization in clinical and operational settings.Oversee agile development cycles, ensuring sprint planning, development, and delivery align with the AI product roadmap and timelines.Analytics & Data ResponsibilitiesWork closely with data engineers to integrate RCM datasets, PMS/EHR systems, and EDI structures into AI-powered features.Ensure data is prepared, cleaned, and analyzed to support model training, accuracy testing, and identifying actionable insights for AI-driven features.Validate model outputs, monitor accuracy, and detect model drift to ensure models provide consistent, high-quality predictions and business value.AI Governance & ComplianceEnsure AI-driven products adhere to HIPAA, PHI, compliance, data privacy, and safety standards.Define responsible AI guidelines, guardrails, fallback behaviors, and audit logs to ensure the AI models are ethical, explainable, and non-biased.Establish ongoing model monitoring systems to detect anomalies, track usage, and manage real-time feedback loops from healthcare operations and clients.Lab Space Expertise (Advantageous)Collaborate with clinical teams and researchers in lab spaces to integrate AI-powered solutions into real-time clinical and operational workflows.Work with healthcare practitioners, research labs, and clinical trial environments to understand how AI tools can optimize lab operations, manage data, and improve patient care delivery through AI/ML technologies.Provide guidance on the integration of AI solutions in biological and clinical datasets for enhanced medical insights.Client Interaction & AdoptionConduct product demos, training, and enablement sessions for internal teams, healthcare clients, and end-users to drive adoption and maximize product usage.Collect feedback on AI-driven capabilities, and use this feedback to continuously refine AI products and develop a roadmap for future enhancements.Track product performance, usage statistics, client satisfaction, and efficiency gains to ensure AI product success.Candidate Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in product management or AI/ML development, including at least 3 years focusing on AI-driven products for Healthcare RCM or US Healthcare.Proven experience in leading AI-powered product development, with a focus on predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), automation, and AI in healthcare.Strong understanding of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including coding, charge entry, EDI, AR, denials, and payment management.Experience in AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face, OpenAI), as well as cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).Hands-on experience in working with PMS/EHR systems and healthcare data standards like HL7, FHIR, and EDI formats.Familiarity with clinical lab systems, biomedical data, and how AI can be applied to improve lab space operations (an advantage).Experience in AI product lifecycle management, from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.Strong skills in agile development, managing sprints, and cross-functional collaboration.Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of AI model governance, ethical AI development, and data privacy/compliance requirements in healthcare.Preferred Skills:Experience with AI integration in clinical workflows or biomedical research.Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies and their integration with AI models to streamline healthcare processes.Experience working in multi-team collaboration and managing global product teams.Experience with AI-based solutions for clinical trial management, patient monitoring systems, and personalized healthcare delivery.Certifications in Healthcare IT, RCM, or AI product management are a plus.Soft Skills:Strategic thinker with the ability to align AI solutions with business goals and
