Hiring: Recruitment Manager – UK/EU Operations | Bangalore We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our UK/EU staffing operations from our Bangalore office.Location: Bangalore (5 Days Onsite)Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days PreferredExperience: 8–10+ YearsKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 10–20 recruitersDrive end-to-end technical recruitment delivery for UK/EU marketsWork closely with clients, account managers to ensure timely closuresDevelop sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill rolesMonitor team performance, SLAs, and delivery qualityEnsure strong pipeline management and stakeholder communicationKey Requirements:Strong background in technical recruitment (IT staffing mandatory)Proven experience managing mid to large-sized recruitment teams (10–20 members)Hands-on experience working on UK/EU requirementsStrong understanding of contract and permanent hiring modelsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentWhat We’re Looking For:Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and client-handling abilityDelivery-focused mindset with high ownership
