This role ensures tight execution, alignment, and information flow across marketing teams, agencies, martech systems, and contact center(s), enabling seamless lead management and program marketing at scale.The role is execution-oriented, process-driven, and critical to ensuring campaign-to-conversion continuity.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Operations & ExecutionCoordinate end-to-end marketing operations across content, design, social media, performance marketing, email, WhatsApp, and martech teams.Own marketing calendars covering:2. Cross-functional & Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the single coordination point between:Head Office / Ashram (Bangalore)Marketing Lead (Mumbai)3. Contact Center Coordination & Lead HandoverCoordinate closely with contact centers to ensure:Timely and accurate handover of marketing leadsAlignment on campaign messaging, offers, and program details4. Email Marketing ManagementCoordinate planning, creation, approvals, and execution of:Campaign emailsNurture and reminder sequencesWork with content, design, and martech teams to ensure:5. WhatsApp Broadcast & Engagement CampaignsCoordinate WhatsApp broadcast campaigns including:Promotional announcementsProgram remindersEducational and nurturing messagesAlign WhatsApp campaigns with:Email campaigns6.
