We are looking for a receptionist who is professional, tech‑savvy and hospitality‑oriented to manage our front desk and support our Mumbai office.Core ResponsibilitiesFront desk coverage & visitor experience: Greet clients, partners, celebrities and vendors, guide them to waiting areas and notify internal teams of their arrival. Keep visitor logs and ensure compliance with our sign‑in procedures.Communication and coordination: Answer multi‑line phone calls, manage voicemails and email enquiries, take accurate messages and route them to the correct person. Coordinate with internal teams about deliveries, schedule changes and visitor updates.Scheduling & calendar management: Use our booking system to schedule, confirm and update meetings, studio sessions and celebrity appearances. Provide reminders and coordinate with security and facilities teams when high‑profile guests arrive.Administrative support: Assist with data entry and filing, update contact databases, handle mail and packages, maintain office supplies and help with basic billing or documentation as needed.Technology & systems: Operate our visitor management system, digital phone console and Office 365/Google Workspace tools.
