Job Title: US Recruiter Location: Keshar Tower, Near Railway Station, Gwalior Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift - EST Time Zone) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior US Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across our label/business unit. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across multiple functions while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles (sourcing to offer stage) Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent Conduct cold calling and pitch recruiting services to potential clients Promote staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong cultural and role fit Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the process Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) Stay up to date with US hiring trends, labor laws, and best practices Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements Required Qualifications 5–8+ years of US recruitment experience , preferably in (industry: tech/media/healthcare/etc.) Proven experience handling mid to senior-level hiring Strong understanding of US employment laws and hiring practices Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience hiring for label/business unit-specific roles Background in high-growth or fast-paced environments Strong employer branding and talent engagement experience What We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentives Flexible work environment Opportunity to work with high-impact teams Career growth and leadership opportunities
