The role involves developing comprehensive design concepts, creating detailed space planning solutions, producing construction drawings, and overseeing FF&E selection and placement. The candidate will collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met, while maintaining the studio's commitment to exceptional design and functionality.Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with an understanding of creating user-centric and aesthetic environments Strong knowledge and experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings Experience in selecting, specifying, and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) Excellent visual presentation and technical drawing skills Proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Prior experience in delivering projects across hospitality, residential, or commercial sectors is an advantage
