Job Position: BOOKKEEPER NEEDED FOR ARCHITECTURAL METAL / GLASS/ SIGNAGE Job Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Full Time INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with at least 1 year of experience to support our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and assisting in financial reporting for a fast-paced organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry and record maintenance Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Assist in preparing financial statements and reports Ensure compliance with internal accounting processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data collection Identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Mandatory) Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles (Required & Preferred) Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic analysis) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Good communication skills and ability to work remotely Preferred: Experience in construction/manufacturing or project-based accounting Familiarity with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable About the Company: For 50 years we have been a part of the construction industry and have successfully completed countless projects with major contractors, developers, architects, and designers.
