Company: FutureTEC Location: Kuwait Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview FutureTEC is seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Consultant to design, develop, and deliver business applications and analytics solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform. This is a client-facing role focused on enabling organizations to automate processes, build low-code applications, and generate business insights. The role plays a key part in delivering fast, high-impact solutions and supporting FutureTEC’s Microsoft ecosystem growth. Key Responsibilities Solution Development Design and develop applications using Power Apps Build automated workflows using Power Automate Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI Business Process Automation Analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions Automate workflows and improve operational efficiency Implement low-code solutions aligned with business needs Client Engagement Work closely with clients to understand requirements Conduct workshops and solution demonstrations Provide guidance on best practices and solution design Integration & Delivery Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and services Ensure scalability, security, and performance of solutions Support delivery and user adoption Required Certifications (Mandatory) At least one of the following: PL-300 – Power BI Data Analyst Associate PL-400 – Power Platform Developer Associate Preferred Certifications (Strong Advantage) PL-200 – Power Platform Functional Consultant Additional Microsoft certifications (Azure or Dynamics) Required Experience & Qualifications 3–6 years of experience with Power Platform Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Experience in business process automation Understanding of data and reporting concepts Experience working with clients and gathering requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Preferred Experience Integration with APIs and external systems Experience with Dynamics 365 Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services Exposure to governance and security best practices Why Join FutureTEC Work on fast-paced, high-impact business solutions Be part of a growing Microsoft ecosystem practice Engage directly with business stakeholders Opportunity to grow into senior or specialized roles
