The Creative Lead will be responsible for developing and driving creative strategies to enhance branding and marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming, approving creative assets, and leading content creation campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with diverse teams, ensuring consistency in branding, and shaping VoyageEyewear’s creative vision to deliver impactful messaging and designs. Qualifications Strong creativity skills with a proven ability to develop innovative ideas and concepts Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead and work with diverse teams Understanding of creative strategy and branding to execute campaigns that align with business goals Proficiency in writing and content creation for various marketing channels Previous leadership experience in a creative or design-oriented role Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with marketing trends and consumer behaviors Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field
