With a dedication to bolstering India's infrastructure, every project is executed with strict adherence to quality and time standards.Role DescriptionThe Civil Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of assigned civil / infrastructure projects across PAN India, from mobilization to project completion and handover. The role demands strong site execution capability, planning, cost control, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. This is a project-based role, requiring continuous site presence and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site Management — Lead on-site execution of civil, piling, and ground engineering works; manage daily operations across manpower, machinery, and materials to meet project milestones.Planning & Scheduling — Prepare and implement execution schedules, monitor progress against baselines, and optimize resources for productivity and cost targets.Cost Control & Billing — Track project costs and productivity; review subcontractor bills; prepare and submit RA bills to clients; support cash flow planning and payment follow-ups.Quality, HSE & Documentation — Implement QA/QC and HSE plans; conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and quality inspections; maintain all compliance records.Contract Administration — Manage contractual correspondence, site instructions, and approvals; identify and support claims for variations, extra items, and EOT.Stakeholder & Client Coordination — Serve as the primary site interface with clients, consultants, PMC, and subcontractors; attend progress and coordination meetings.Team Leadership — Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors; allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and support team development.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of civil construction, piling, and infrastructure worksHands-on experience in site execution, planning, and cost controlGood understanding of BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contractsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and site challengesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsQualificationsB.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering10–12 years of experience in civil / infrastructure projectsMinimum 5–7 years as Project Manager / Site Head on large projectsExperience in piling, geotechnical, marine, or heavy civil works will be a strong advantageWillingness to work on PAN India project locations
