Role Type: Pharma Brand Content and Creative Ops Engagement DirectionLocation: Hyderabad;Role OverviewLead therapyaligned (Therapyarea exposure across Cardiovascular, Immunology, Oncology (Heme & Solid Tumors), Neuroscience, and labeldriven updates) Content Ops PODs, each driven by Project Managers delivering endtoend creative, content, and digital programs in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.Act as the single orchestration point between global brand stakeholders, and internal delivery teams to ensure speed, quality, and compliance.Drive operating rigor across planning, execution, governance, and capacity management while scaling output across therapy areas.Ensure brand consistency, regulatory adherence, and ontime delivery across all omnichannel content and creative assets.Serve as a strategic partner to brand and delivery leadership, translating business objectives into highimpact, scalable content operations.Therapeutic & Domain Experience (Required)Cardiovascular, Immunology, Oncology (Hematology and Solid Tumors), NeuroscienceExperience supporting labelupdate led revisions across asset families and channelsComfort operating in regulated promotional/nonpromotional content environments and review cyclesRequired Must have QualificationsEducationBachelors degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biomedical / Marketing / Communications / Business (or equivalent).Advanced degree (MBA/MPH/MSc) is a plus for global brand ops leadership.Experiencespanning content operations, creative operations, digital production, or marketing operations—with demonstrated delivery in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.leading multi-team or multi-workstream operations (pods, studios, COEs), including people leadership of project/program managers and cross-functional delivery teams.Proven experience operating as a single orchestration point between global brand stakeholders and delivery teams/agencies—owning alignment, speed, and quality.Demonstrated capability managing multi-therapy demand (e.g., Cardiovascular, Immunology, Oncology, Neuroscience) and label-driven update cycles across parallel workstreams.Regulated content & compliance exposureHands-on experience with Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review and approved-content lifecycles (brief build review approve distribute retire), including risk-based governance and content reuse practicesFamiliarity with controlled workflows/audit trails typical in pharma content systems (e.g., “review/approve” lifecycle controls and traceability) and the operational implications for speed and capacity.Platforms / tools (practical working knowledge)Experience running delivery via a single workflow tool / intake-to-delivery process (work intake, prioritization, routing, approvals, reporting) as described in the operating model construct.Working knowledge of enterprise content platforms commonly used in life sciences (e.g., Veeva Vault-style content/MLR ecosystems).
