This is a hands-on role focused on administration, troubleshooting, and operational support in a U.S.-aligned environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policy, and RBACAdminister Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint complianceSupport Windows Server (2016–2022), DNS, DHCP, and file systemsManage VMware vSphere environments (VM provisioning, snapshots, troubleshooting)Handle network troubleshooting (VPN, VLANs, firewall rules, Fortinet/Cisco)Support security tools like Tanium, Zscaler, and endpoint encryptionMonitor backups, patching, and system healthManage tickets, documentation, and escalation via ITSM toolsRequirements5–8+ years of System Administration experienceStrong expertise in Active Directory and Group PolicyExperience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint managementHands-on experience with VMware and Windows ServerFamiliarity with Zscaler, Tanium, or similar toolsWorking knowledge of networking (VPN, VLANs, firewalls)Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting
