This role focuses on developing high quality visual assets for digital first campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid advertising and brand communication materials. The ideal candidate combines strong visual aesthetics with an understanding of marketing objectives and platform specific best practices.Creative DevelopmentDesign engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTubeCreate high converting email creatives including banners, layouts, and visual storytelling elementsDevelop ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns across digital platformsTranslate campaign concepts into strong visual executions aligned with brand guidelinesBrand and Visual ConsistencyEnsure consistent application of brand identity across all creative outputsAdapt master campaign designs into multiple sizes and formats for different platformsMaintain design systems, templates, and asset libraries for internal useCollaborationWork closely with copywriters, creative strategists, and performance marketers to deliver integrated campaignsParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual ideas during campaign planningIncorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and clients efficientlyProduction and OptimizationDeliver platform ready files in required formats and specificationsDesign with performance in mind, including readability, engagement, and conversion goalsSupport A B testing by creating multiple creative variationsQualifications2 to 5 years of experience in digital or marketing design, preferably in an agency environmentStrong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, ad designs, and email marketing visualsProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva and FigmaSolid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchyKnowledge of platform specific design requirements for major social and advertising channels
