We are seeking a Partner Program & Operations Manager to drive the success of our partner ecosystem. The role works with our partner development, sales, finance and revenue ops teams to drive the most partner centric program in the industry. This role sits at the intersection of effective program management, external communication and data. Someone with good communication skills and eye for data/detail will be highly successful in this role. Key Responsibilities Partner Program Management Design, implement, and optimize partner programs to enhance engagement and performance. Develop frameworks for onboarding, training, and enabling partners to succeed. Monitor partner performance metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives. Operations Excellence Streamline processes to ensure smooth execution of partner initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams. Establish reporting mechanisms to track program effectiveness and operational efficiency. Relationship Building Act as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering long-term strategic relationships. Identify opportunities for joint initiatives, co-marketing, and revenue growth. Resolve partner challenges with agility and empathy, ensuring a seamless experience. Strategic Growth Contribute to the evolution of Keka’s partner ecosystem by identifying new opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for scaling partnerships globally. Required Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management, operations, or program management Strong understanding of SaaS business models, partner ecosystems, and channel strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
