The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and oversee telecom IT projects from initiation to completionDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goalsCoordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, operations, and client stakeholdersMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetManage client communications, Billing Lookouts and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsPrepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metricsEnsure compliance with industry standards and organizational processesLead, mentor, and guide project teams for optimal performanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred)10 - 13 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in IT DomainProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projectsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to travel to client locations as per project requirements for meetings, client engagement, and project presentationsPreferred SkillsExperience in telecom infrastructure, network projects, or IT systems integrationFamiliarity with project management tools Strong decision-making and risk management capabilities
