We focus on design-led stays, strong digital presence, and seamless guest experiences.Location: South DelhiJob Type: Full Time (WFO)Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented OTA Executive to manage day-to-day operations across all online travel platforms, ensuring rate parity, inventory accuracy, and optimized listings to drive bookings.Key Responsibilities1. Rate & Parity Management (Core Role) • Maintain rate parity across all OTAs (, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, etc.) • Update pricing, offers, and discounts as per strategy • Identify and fix rate mismatches instantly2. Inventory Management • Ensure real-time inventory updates across all channels • Avoid overbooking/under-selling through proper mapping • Coordinate with channel manager / PMS3. Offer & Performance Tracking • Track performance of discounts, deals, and promotions • Identify what’s working (conversion, visibility) • Suggest improvements to increase bookings4. Listings & Content Management • Maintain uniformity across all platforms: • Images • Room descriptions • Amenities / facilities • Ensure listings are complete, updated, and optimized5. New Hotel Setup • Handle OTA onboarding for new properties • Complete listing creation, mapping, and go-live process • Coordinate with OTA market managers if required6. Booking Engine Alignment • Ensure consistency between OTA listings and direct booking engine • Update content, images, and offers across platforms7. Basic Reporting • Share weekly updates on: • OTA performance • Top-performing channels • Booking trendsKey Requirements • Experience with OTAs & channel managers (must) • Understanding of rate parity & inventory control • Basic knowledge of hotel pricing & promotions  • Knowledge of Ezze PMS, CM & BE • High attention to detail (critical for this role) • Comfortable with Excel What We’re Looking For • Someone who is fast + accurate • Strong operational mindset • Can handle multiple properties without errors • Experience with Extranet dashboards (, MMT, Airbnb, etc.) • Understanding of revenue management conceptsIf Interested please feel free to apply to the job post or reach out to
