With $2B+ in completed transactions and relationships with 305+ family offices globally, we facilitate highly curated introductions in the private markets.You can learn more about our platform and .The RoleWe are hiring an Automation Engineer to help build and own the internal automation systems that power our deal flow and investor engagement.This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and AI-driven workflows. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining complex automation processes that connect our core systems, structure internal data, and support communication with investors and founders. You will play a key role in building scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency and ensure reliable information flow across our platform.ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage multi-step automation workflows using n8n to support internal operationsBuild systems that connect and synchronize data across Supabase, Attio, and AirtableDevelop structured workflows that process operational data, generate internal reports, and support activity trackingImplement AI-supported workflows that process unstructured inputs into structured outputsEnsure reliability across workflows through testing, monitoring, and error-handling logicContinuously identify opportunities to automate internal processes and improve operational efficiencyProfile2–4 years experience in automation engineering, workflow architecture, or low-code developmentStrong experience building workflows in n8n or similar platforms (Make, Zapier, Retool, etc.)Comfortable working with APIs, JSON data structures, and workflow logicExperience working with databases and writing SQL queries (Supabase/PostgreSQL preferred)Familiarity with integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic within automated workflowsHighly detail-oriented with a strong focus on building reliable, scalable systemsStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to take ownership of internal tooling and automationWhy Evvolve?Direct exposure to senior management and the opportunity to contribute to core operational systemsA lean, merit-based environment where strong work and initiative are quickly recognizedA fast-paced, fully remote team focused on building efficient, high-impact internal tools
