Our expertise also spans networking events, seminars, webinars, and exhibitions.Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter to spearhead our new Executive Search vertical. This role encompasses managing internal and external recruitment for both the company and our clients, with a focus on senior executive placements. You will handle hiring strategies, candidate screening, salary negotiations, and onboarding while overseeing profit and loss for this vertical.Responsibilities:- Develop and draft compelling job descriptions for senior-level roles, tailored to client needs and internal requirements.- Create and implement effective recruiting strategies.- Advertise vacancies on professional networks like LinkedIn, online job portals, and through consultancies.- Identify and engage with candidates who align with organizational culture and skill requirements.- Assess resumes and conduct background and reference checks.- Document and record interviews.- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.- Coordinate training sessions if necessary.- Attend career fairs and networking events.- Serve as a liaison with employment agencies and industry associations.- Conduct exit interviews for departing employees.Skills and Experience:- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.- Proficiency in HR tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Strong networking abilities.- Experience with online job portals, employee agencies, and educational institutions.- Knowledge of HR best practices and applicable laws.- In-depth understanding of current HR industry trends.- Insight into human behavior and psychology.- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.- Degree in Human Resources from a reputable institution; additional certifications are a plus.We pride ourselves on a collaborative environment where independent work is supported by peer and senior feedback.
