Sales Executive – Fashion & LifestyleBrand: House of AksurLocation: Gurgaon, HaryanaEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout House of AksurHouse of Aksur is a premium multi-designer store curating contemporary occasion wear and accessories across menswear and womenswear categories.Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive who understands fashion, storytelling, and customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales across online and offline channels, building client relationships, and representing the brand ethos.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive daily sales through store, WhatsApp, Instagram & website inquiriesHandle customer interactions (DMs, calls, walk-ins) with a premium brand experienceBuild and maintain strong client relationships & repeat customersAssist in styling clients and suggesting outfits based on occasionsManage and convert social media leads (especially Instagram)Coordinate with operations for order processing & dispatchMaintain knowledge of latest collections, fabrics, and craftsmanshipSupport in pop-ups, exhibitions, and brand eventsRequirements1–3 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail sales (preferred)Strong communication & interpersonal skillsInterest in ethnic wear, handloom, or sustainable fashionFamiliarity with Instagram selling / D2C brandsCustomer-first mindset with a keen eye for stylingBasic understanding of CRM / order management is a plus
